U.S. Bank Fiscal Agent Website: Please contact Carolyn Morrison and Aaron Fong with any questions regarding your account. You must log on at least once every 90 days to keep your access active.
Fiscal Agent Fee Invoices
The first invoice from U.S. Bank was billed in July 2015. That invoice includes prorata fees for the period from February 1, 2015 through June 30, 2015 and an annual fee for July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016. If you have not already processed your invoice, please do so as soon as possible. In the future, invoices will be available beginning in August of each year.
Agreements Outside Fiscal Agent Agreement
Some issuers have entered into separate agreements with BNYM for services such as Escrow Agent or Calculation Agent. View list of Calculation Agent Agreements. These issuers may want to assess how/whether such agreements will continue or move to U.S. Bank. The BNYM has stated that many of these entail a $500 cancellation fee.
