OST Commitment to Accessibility
The Office of the State Treasurer (OST) is committed to ensuring that all of the information, services and technology we provide are accessible to everyone. We foster an inclusive environment for all visitors to our facilities and users of our OST technology, including our website. If you require assistance accessing OST sites or services, or would like to report an issue related to accessibility, please contact us.
How to Request Support for Accessing our Services
For help accessing OST sites or service, use this online contact form or call us at (360) 902-9000. Persons who are deaf or hard of hearing can reach us by calling 7-1-1 for Washington Relay Service. Persons with speech impairment can call 877-833-6341 (STS).
To request a reasonable accommodation to access OST services, complete and submit the online Request an Accommodation Form, which will automatically be sent to the OST Accessibility Coordinator.

The use of this grievance process as a means to achieve a prompt and equitable resolution shall not impair the complainant’s pursuit of other remedies, such as filing a complaint with responsible federal and state agencies. It is also not a prerequisite to pursuing other remedies with outside agencies. This grievance procedure does not apply to complaints related to OST employment, which are governed by other OST policies.
How to Report an Issue or File a Complaint about Accessing our Services
To report an issue or file a grievance concerning access to OST sites or services, use this online accessibility grievance form. You can also contact the OST Accessibility Coordinator to request that a complaint form be sent to you. We will contact you within 15 days after receipt of grievance. You should file the complaint or grievance within 60 days of the occurrence and you must include:
- A description of the issue or concern
- The date and location of the occurrence
- The name, address, and phone number of the complainant
