Maritime Historic Preservation
Volunteer donations can be made to the Maritime Historic Restoration and Preservation Account at the same time a boat is registered. Funds will be distributed equally between the Virginia V Foundation and the Grays Harbor Historical Seaport at the end of each fiscal year.
School Apportionment and Grants
OSPI apportions to all school and educational service districts of the state the proportional share of the total annual amount due. At the same time, payments are sent to universities and colleges and transfers to certain state agencies.

Zoo and Parks
A sales and use tax up to 0.1 percent to be used for zoo, aquarium, and wildlife preservation and display facilities.
Vessel Registration Fees
Vessel registration fees collected in a fiscal year period in excess of $1.1 million dollars are to be allocated to counties for boating safety/education and law enforcement programs.
