The Washington Future Fund pilot program is Treasury request legislation (SB 5541/ HB 1661) to authorize the Office of the State Treasurer to study the impacts of capital assistance for homeownership, entrepeneurship, or post-secondary education granted to eligible Washingtonians experiencing persistent poverty.
